1+1 Official Slot from WP Kuala Lumpur Open Circuit 2024/25
Based on the Points Standings after Circuit 2, the official slot will be offered to points leaders:
Open – Amir Faiz Amirul (16 points)
Women – Claire Lim Yijia (17 points)
Note: Official Slot will be offered to 2nd in Points Standings if Leaders decline.

Open – 3 applications
Women – 2 applications

MCC 2024 will be held in April 2024 at Pontian, Johor. This event will be used to select National Players for Olympiad 2024.
KLCA have been allotted 4 slots in total (2 slots for each Open & Women) to nominate our official players.
2 slots (1 Open & 1 Women) will be offered to present WP KUALA LUMPUR Open Circuit 2024/25 (FIDE-RATED) points leader after Circuit 2.
If present leader declines, the offer will only be open to Top 5 in present points standing. If the Top 5 refuses to accept the nomination, KLCA Selection Panel will nominate an official player(s).
The other 2 slots (1 Open & 1 Women) will be decided by KLCA’s Selection Panel.
