Dear Organisers,
To expedite the application and approval process in organising competitions in F.T. of Kuala Lumpur, Please submit the following documents to KLCA when applying to organise :-
(1) REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE of Entity organising the competition.
Example: SSM Registration Certificate, Perakuan Pendaftaran Badan Sukan or other documents.
(2) Name, Contact Number, Email and Address of Organiser/Organiser’s Representative;
(3) PROFORMA COMPETITION POSTER complete with Competiton Format and NAME of CHIEF ARBITER and ARBITER TEAM;
(4) LETTER OF SUPPORT/CONSENT from Venue Owner.
(5) FINANCIAL PROOF of Ability to Pay Prize Money offered in Proforma Competition Poster; Example: Letter of Sponsorship, Bank Guarantee, Financial Statement of Organiser or other documents.
(6) PAYMENT of ENDORSEMENT FEE
Sanction fee: RM10
Payment to be made to the following account:

(7) Any other Supporting Documents.
Private Organisers applying for the FIRST TIME are also required to submit the following:-
A. Brief background of Owner
B. Background of company especially in chess-related matters.
(8) Applications MUST be submitted at least ONE(1) month before the date of competition.

Attention of: IO/NA Amirul Haji Mohamad Secretary, KLCA Furthermore, we advise organisers to apply for the necessary approvals/permit from the following authorities and follow latest guidelines issued, Wherever Mandatory and/or, Necessary:-
(1) Majlis Keselamatan Negara (MKN);
(2) Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia (KKM);
(3) Kementerian Belia dan Sukan / Pejabat Pesuruhjaya Sukan;
(4) PDRM and DBKL.
